No details on how to remove app

Ok, so you have to pay to watch movies, okay I get that…
But there are no instruction on their (support) web site on how to delete the software if you want to.
Normal deleting methods don’t work.
Either they are lame on customer support/relations or they are trying to keep in on your computer.
